We believe our developments contribute to and become a part of local communities so want to ensure that they meet this aspiration.

We seek to engage and develop local partnerships which can add value to the vibrancy of the places in which we are working to support social regeneration. We contribute to communities by:

  • engaging local schools in education programmes
  • creating opportunities for training and employment
  • participating in and creating opportunities for volunteering

Throughout the year, we support many community initiatives through donations, as well developing the trades people of tomorrow by supporting student awards and competitions.
