Scheme Overview: Jehu Group have teamed up with Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) and Cardiff Council to give Llanedeyrn a much-needed regeneration scheme. The old Maelfa shopping centre had become very much dated, so it was decided now is time for change.
